Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ExitReach website, landing pages, checkout pages, customer-support channels, and related services (collectively, the "Site"), as well as purchases of ExitReach products. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.

2. Who We Are

ExitReach is a brand operated by NORTHLANE STRATEGIES LLC ("ExitReach," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company.

The mailing address above is not a return address. Customers must contact us before returning a product so we can provide the correct return instructions and destination.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to place an order.

4. Orders, Prices, and Payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order because of inventory limitations, payment problems, suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, legal restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled items.

Prices, discounts, taxes, and the final order total are displayed at checkout. We may change prices or promotions prospectively at any time. The terms shown at checkout when you submit your order control that transaction, except in the case of an obvious and material error.

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We generally do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Your use of a payment method may also be governed by the provider's terms.

ExitReach currently sells products as one-time purchases and does not offer subscriptions or automatic renewals.

5. United States Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is free. Most orders are expected to arrive within 7–14 business days after the order is confirmed. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, and weekends and federal holidays are not business days.

If we cannot ship within the time stated or otherwise required by applicable law, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, and refund required by law. Additional details appear in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

6. 120-Day Returns and Refunds

Eligible ExitReach purchases may be returned for any reason within 120 calendar days of the original order date. The customer is responsible for return-shipping costs. Before sending a return, the customer must contact contact@exitreach.com to obtain authorization, the correct return address, and instructions. Our business mailing address is not a return location.

Additional conditions and procedures appear in our Returns & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights.

7. Two-Year Limited Warranty

ExitReach products include a two-year limited warranty against qualifying defects and functional failure during normal, intended use. The full warranty terms, exclusions, claim procedure, and exclusive remedy appear in our Two-Year Limited Warranty Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Product Use and Safety

ExitReach is an emergency escape aid intended to help break compatible tempered automotive glass and cut seatbelt webbing. It does not break laminated glass and is not a substitute for professional rescue equipment, emergency services, vehicle-safety practices, or following official instructions. Call 911 or the appropriate emergency service whenever possible.

You are responsible for confirming which windows in your vehicle are tempered, reading and following all product instructions and warnings, keeping the recessed blade away from children, and using the product only for its lawful and intended purpose. Do not use the product as a weapon. Results can depend on the vehicle, glass type, condition, placement, technique, and circumstances. We do not promise that the product will prevent injury, death, property damage, or any particular emergency outcome.

9. Site Content and Intellectual Property

The Site and its content—including text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, product descriptions, designs, and compilations—are owned by us or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Site for personal, lawful shopping and informational purposes.

You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit Site content without our written permission, except as allowed by law.

10. Reviews and Other User Content

If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, photo, video, comment, or other content, you represent that it is accurate, lawful, and yours to provide. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with our business and marketing, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or unrelated to the product or service being reviewed.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Site to violate law; infringe another person's rights; submit false payment, identity, or order information; interfere with Site security or operation; introduce malicious code; harvest data without permission; impersonate another person; or engage in fraud, abuse, or deceptive conduct.

12. Disclaimers

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY AND ANY RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE WAIVED, THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO A PRODUCT, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE TWO-YEAR PERIOD OF THE WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY. WE DO NOT DISCLAIM OR LIMIT AN IMPLIED WARRANTY WHERE DOING SO IS PROHIBITED BY LAW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THESE TERMS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

We do not warrant that the Site will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that a product will achieve a particular rescue, safety, or property-protection outcome.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NORTHLANE STRATEGIES LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF USE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM RELATING TO A PRODUCT OR ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-waivable rights.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NORTHLANE STRATEGIES LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site or product, your material breach of these Terms, or content you submit, except to the extent caused by our own negligence, misconduct, or violation of law.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or a consumer-protection law in your state of residence applies and cannot be waived.

Before filing a lawsuit, you and we agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Send a written description of the issue and requested resolution to contact@exitreach.com. If the dispute is not resolved, the state and federal courts with jurisdiction in Bernalillo County, New Mexico will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in another forum. Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small-claims court.

16. Changes, Severability, and Waiver

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. The Terms in effect when an order was placed generally govern that order. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
