Coverage Period

NORTHLANE STRATEGIES LLC warrants to the original purchaser that an ExitReach product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and from functional failure during normal, intended use for two years from the original order date.

This is a limited warranty and is not a promise that the product will prevent injury, death, property damage, or any particular emergency outcome.

What the Warranty Covers

Subject to the exclusions below, the warranty covers a manufacturing defect or failure of the window-breaking or seatbelt-cutting function during normal, intended use in accordance with the instructions and warnings supplied with the product.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

• Loss, theft, or inability to locate the product.

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect function, ordinary wear, or normal changes in finish.

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, impact unrelated to intended use, unauthorized modification or repair, improper storage, corrosion, contamination, or failure to follow instructions or warnings.

• Use on laminated glass, windshields, non-automotive materials, or other incompatible surfaces.

• Damage to a vehicle, window, seatbelt, personal property, or other item.

• Counterfeit products, products purchased from an unauthorized seller, or products for which valid proof of purchase cannot be provided.

• Incidental, indirect, or consequential losses, except where such an exclusion is prohibited by law.

How to Make a Claim

Email contact@exitreach.com before sending anything. Include your name, order number or other proof of purchase, a description of the problem, and clear photographs or video if reasonably requested. We may ask for additional information needed to evaluate the claim.

Do not send a warranty return to the Albuquerque business address. If a physical return is necessary, we will provide the authorized return address and instructions. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the claimant is responsible for shipping the claimed product to the authorized location. We will pay standard shipping for an approved replacement within the United States.

Our Remedy

For an approved claim, our obligation is limited, at our option, to replacing the defective product with the same model or a reasonably comparable product. We may require return of the original unit before providing a replacement. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, we may refund the product's original purchase price instead.

A replacement does not restart the original two-year period. It is covered for the longer of the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from shipment of the replacement. Warranty service is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Unless required by law, only one replacement may be issued for each originally purchased unit.

Legal Rights and Disclaimer

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by state. To the maximum extent permitted by law, any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so those limitations may not apply to you.
